also does not have the responsibility to maintain custom tables for any
individual country. Any refusal of shipment, due to nonpayment of customs
taxes, duties, fees, or charges will necessitate a chargeback in shipping charges

Enri Giovanni ships via United Parcel Service
and United States Post Office (USPS) at Enri Giovanni’s discretion.
Shipments made through United Parcel Service (UPS) are guaranteed to arrive by
the posted scheduled delivery times of UPS, from the time your package leaves
our warehouse (depending on item availability). UPS does not deliver on
Saturday or Sunday or on U.S. national holidays. We're sorry, but shipments
cannot be made to P.O. Boxes via UPS. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, and U.S. Territories may only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day
service. Free Ground Shipping only applies to items shipped within the
continental U.S. (48 Contiguous States). Free Shipping does not apply to
Hawaii, Alaska and all the U.S. Territories including Puerto
Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All orders are
shipped using UPS are sent fully insured

all of our merchandise. Returns for items from our “Giovanni’s Boutique” or
“Women’s accessories” departments are accepted within 15 days from the date of
shipment. No returns will be accepted from our “Promotional Products” and/or
“School Uniforms” departments, exchange is allowed if merchandise is not custom
made to customer’s specification or embroidered and/or silkscreened with
customer’s logo and/or artwork. Defective or damaged custom made items will be
replaced with the same product. Please contact us prior to returning
merchandise for return approval. Defective/damaged merchandise must be reported
