All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time
is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most
orders are shipped within 2- 4 business days of receiving your order. No
orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or major U.S Holidays. In
the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail
or mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given
the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your
order.
All orders will be shipped via ground transportation unless
otherwise stated in an online order, within the 48 continental states, and will
include shipping, handling and insurance charges. Shipping and handling charges
on all other orders vary; contact your Enrigiovanni.com account manager for our
most current and competitive rates, options and shipping specials. For the
Customer's protection, we ship only to the verified billing address of the
Customer's credit card. In some circumstances, international shipping may
be available. For international shipments, please be advised that it is the
customer's responsibility for all taxes, duties, custom charges and fees to be
paid. Enri Giovanni does not have any obligation for these fees. Enri Giovanni
also does not have the responsibility to maintain custom tables for any
individual country. Any refusal of shipment, due to nonpayment of customs
taxes, duties, fees, or charges will necessitate a chargeback in shipping charges
to a customer's credit card. Call for details.
Shipping rates:
Enri Giovanni ships via United Parcel Service
and United States Post Office (USPS) at Enri Giovanni’s discretion.
Shipments made through United Parcel Service (UPS) are guaranteed to arrive by
the posted scheduled delivery times of UPS, from the time your package leaves
our warehouse (depending on item availability). UPS does not deliver on
Saturday or Sunday or on U.S. national holidays. We're sorry, but shipments
cannot be made to P.O. Boxes via UPS. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, and U.S. Territories may only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day
service. Free Ground Shipping only applies to items shipped within the
continental U.S. (48 Contiguous States). Free Shipping does not apply to
Hawaii, Alaska and all the U.S. Territories including Puerto
Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All orders are
shipped using UPS are sent fully insured
• All GROUND shipments
are processed and shipped in the order by which they are received.
• Please allow up to
5-8 business days for ground shipments to be processed, shipped and arrive to
its destination.
Returns:
Enrigiovanni.com is happy to guarantee
all of our merchandise. Returns for items from our “Giovanni’s Boutique” or
“Women’s accessories” departments are accepted within 15 days from the date of
shipment. No returns will be accepted from our “Promotional Products” and/or
“School Uniforms” departments, exchange is allowed if merchandise is not custom
made to customer’s specification or embroidered and/or silkscreened with
customer’s logo and/or artwork. Defective or damaged custom made items will be
replaced with the same product. Please contact us prior to returning
merchandise for return approval. Defective/damaged merchandise must be reported
within 3 business days. Please see additional guidelines below:
Return Policy:
• Return orders will
receive a refund minus the original shipping charges incurred by Enrigiovanni.com
and 10%
restocking fee.
• All Sales are final.
• All merchandise must
be unworn, in original packages, and in new condition.
• Include the original
sales receipt with your return.
• Securely package the
item(s) to be returned.
• Return your package
to us using the mail carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that
provides a
package tracking number. (We are not
responsible for lost packages.)
• Shipping charges are
not reimbursed.
• All returns will be
credited to the original form of payment. If you are receiving a credit card
refund, please allow one
to two billing cycles for your credit to
appear.
